As released today by the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), freshman runner Neal Hulstein (Ellington, Conn.) has once again been named the CCC Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week.

Hulstein finished 31^st out of 347 runners at the James Earley Invitational hosted by Westfield State on Saturday. The rookie phenom continued to shine on the trails for the Scots, turning in a 27:14.06 time on the 8k course to come in second out of all CCC runners.

As a team the Scots were 20^th of 35 with a total time of 2:28.15.20.
