Junior third baseman Rachel Ryder (Telford, Pa.) has been named Gordon's Athlete of the Week after being named to the All-Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Softball Second Team at the close of the regular season.

Ryder earned a Second Team nod after finishing second on the team in average (.380), hits (35) and slugging percentage (.609). The junior manned the hot corner for 28 games, posting a .952 fielding percentage along the way. Ryder also tied the school record for triples in a season with five and led the team in runs scored by crossing the plate 20 times.
