Sophomore Daniel Fauber (Granbury, Texas) is Gordon Athletics' Athlete of the Week after breaking the 100-Yard Fly this past Saturday at Clark University. He broke his own record in the event, by three-tenths of a second at 54.43 seconds.

Fauber has been a major force for the Fighting Scots since his arrival on campus last fall. The sophomore is a part of 11 Gordon records—eight individual and three relays—just 12 meets into his career in Wenham. Fauber and his relay teammates put the Fighting Scots into a position to win the meet with Clark, but the inclusion of diving points gave the Cougars a narrow victory.

Gordon and their standout swimmer is back in action this coming Saturday to take on Elms College at Simmons College in Boston.
