Gordon College Athletics

Congratulations to sophomore swimmer India Boland (Gloucester, Mass.) on being named Chick-fil-A Athlete of the Week. 

Boland has been a sensation for the Fighting Scots after transferring from Princeton over the summer. The talented swimmer has already broken four Gordon records, many of which has stood for over a decade, and looks to become Gordon's most decorated female since All-American Kristen Groff was on campus. 

Boland broke three records last week—200, 500 and 1,000—while Gordon split time between sunny Florida and a home meet against Babson. The sophomore's outstanding effort helped lead Gordon to its first ever win over Babson in program history.
