Senior-captain Scott Hall (Weymouth, Mass.) has been named Gordon's Athlete of the Week after also being named the Commonwealth Coast Conference Pitcher of the Week on Monday, March 7.

Hall threw a seven-inning, complete game, one-hit shutout on March 6 as the Scots bested Anna Maria, 4-0, in game two of a DH sweep over the Amcats. The right-handed hurler allowed only three batters to reach, two via error, and also struck out 13. His strikeout mark is the most for a Gordon pitcher in over a decade, besting Steve Kefalas' 12-K effort in 2010.
