Gordon College Athletics

Damon Kilgore (Londonderry, N.H.) is the Gordon Athlete of the Week after winning his fifth consecutive meet to begin the 2016 season. Kilgore has won four Commonwealth Coast Conference awards this year. 

Kilgore ran another solid race with a 5:09 pace, but faced some close competition for the second week in a row. Meet champion SUNY Delhi was represented by Kobie Lane in second place, just 16 ticks behind the Gordon junior.

Gordon is off until the end of October when they head back to Springfield for the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship meet. Kilgore will be looking toward another solid showing there and in the upcoming Division III New England Championship.
