Gordon Men's Lacrosse senior-captain Adam Quinn (Gloucester, Mass.) has been named this week's Athlete of the Week for his offensive efforts in the Fighting Scots' opening games of the 2012 campaign.
Despite a loss in the Scots' season-opener at non-conference Springfield on February 22, Quinn netted a team-high four goals on the day and followed that up with a goal, an assist, and nine ground balls in Gordon's home loss to non-conference Eastern Connecticut State on February 25.
Quinn and the rest of the Scots will look to notch their first wins of the young season as they host the Vikings of Salem State on Wednesday, February 29 at 4:00p.m. and travel to non-conference New England College on Saturday, March 3 for a 1:00p.m. start.
