Ami Rivera is Gordon’s Athlete of the Week! This past week, the rookie paced the Scots to a 4-0 week after going 4-7 in Gordon’s series against Salem State, followed by a 3-7 performance against Rivier, resulting in a weekly batting average of .643. The freshman also racked up two doubles and five RBI for the Scots. After hitting safely in every game this season, Rivera has a current batting average of .500 which has landed her the top spot in the CCC as well as being first in RBI with 17. Congrats Ami!
