Abby Baier is Gordon’s Athlete of the Week! This weekend at the CCC Championship meet, the senior contributed a total of 40 points to the Fighting Scots’ first place win. Baier earned the top spot in the 800m (2:30.18) beating out her UNE opponent by .01, and third place in the 1500m (5:07.23) before pacing her team to a second place finish in the 4x400m (4:19.64). The student-athlete was also dominant in field events, recording a first place finish in the long jump (5.06m) and third in the triple jump (10.34m). Congrats Abby!
