Gordon College's Athlete of the Week is Nick Buccella, who was also recognized by the CCC this week! The rookie paced the Fighting Scots to a 10-9 victory over the New England College Pilgrims last Wednesday on the road. Buccella shined out of the gates for the blue and white, most notably in the first half where the attack man netted four straight tallies to put Gordon on top 7-5 at halftime. In the third quarter, Buccella fired in his fifth goal in the game, scoring half of Gordon's goals in the win. Congrats, Nick!
