Junior captain midfielder Anna Blomberg (Simsbury, Conn.) has been named Gordon's Athlete of the Week for her role in leading the Fighting Scots' attack over the past three games.

In a 16-9 non-conference win over Emerson on March 20, Blomberg paced the outing with four goals, three assists, two draw controls, and two caused turnovers. Despite a loss in the Scots' next matchup of the week at home against Endicott on March 23, Blomberg once again led her team with a four-point performance (three goals, one assist) and went on to tally an impressive five goals in Gordon's 16-5 victory over New England College on March 25.

Overall on the season she has recorded 18 goals and six assists with a .885 shot-on-goal percentage.
