Gordon Baseball's Brian Harrington (Sr./Shoreham, N.Y.) has been named Gordon's Athlete of the Week after being selected to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) First Team (SS) and Honorable Mention Team (P) at the close of the regular season.

Headlining the Scots' All-CCC selections, Harrington makes his first First Team and second consecutive Honorable Mention appearance after a standout finale to his four-year career at Gordon. The veteran shortstop recorded a .905 fielding percentage with 90 assists and 43 putouts on the year while leading the team at the plate with a .402 batting average (53-132), .598 slugging percentage, and .426 on base percentage.

In 36 games-started, he registered 30 RBIs off two home runs, one triple, and a Gordon-record 18 doubles while stealing eight bases. From the mound, he finished with a 2-1 overall record, appearing in 16 games and striking out 28 for a 2.93 ERA.
