Gordon Softball freshman Marissa Meenan (Wayne, Pa.) has been named Gordon's Athlete of the Week after earning Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Honorable Mention honors at the close of the season.

Starting in left field for 27 of Gordon's 35 regular season games, Meenan posted a .929 fielding percentage and .313 batting average (26-83), striking out just six times in her 83 at bats. She was the team's leader in stolen bases with 13, second in RBIs with 19, and committed the fewest errors of all Scots with just two on the year.
