For the second time this season, Andrew Vandervoort (So./Memphis, Tenn.) has been honored as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Gordon's Athlete of the Week.

Vandervoort garners the repeat nod after a banner effort last week for the Fighting Scots, continuing his offensive surge with a pair of goals in the Scots’ 3-0 shutout of the University of New England on Wednesday and following that up with another two-goal effort in Gordon’s 2-0 Homecoming win over CCC opponent Salve Regina on Saturday. He has now posted three consecutive two-goal games in lifting the Scots to a trio of CCC wins and leads all Gordon scorers with 20 points on 10 goals.

Vandervoort and the rest of the Scots look to stay on the winning track as they host Keene State in non-conference action on Tuesday, October 11 and return to CCC play on Saturday, October 15 at Eastern Nazarene.
