Gordon Field Hockey junior forward Courtney Scott (Herndon, Pa.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Offensive Player of the Week and Gordon's Athlete of the Week after recording an impressive 15 points in a 2-1 showing for the Fighting Scots.

Scott recorded a hat trick in a 4-2 win over non-conference Salem State on Monday and repeated that effort in a 6-1 win over non-conference New England College on Saturday for her third hat trick of the season. The junior phenom also netted a single tally in Gordon’s tough 5-2 loss to MIT.

Scott has now recorded a conference leading 10 goals on the year.
