Coaching History
Jenkerson began her collegiate coaching career as the assistant coach under former head softball coach Katie Woolf-Connell in the fall of 2019 before being named the interim head softball coach at Salem State University on January 27 of this year.
Playing Career
Arguably one of the most statistically decorated offensive players in Gordon Softball history, Jenkerson holds school records in career home runs (18), season hits (51), season runs (41), season home runs (10), season triples (9), and season games played (40). The third baseman and catcher was named to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) First Team three times and earned National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA)-All Region honors in 2017.

“My goal is to empower the ladies within this program and give them the tools to seek continued excellence on and off the field. When these players come in as girls, my goal would be to mentor them, so they leave as women who have deepened their faith and are strong and confident in what they pursue."
Education
Bachelor of Science from Gordon in recreation, sport, and wellness as well as a minor in kinesiology.
Completed her masters degree in sport and performance psychology from the University of Western States in spring of 2021.
