Box Score On the road in Milton, Mass. today to take on the Colonels of Curry College in a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) duel, the Fighting Scots could not quite complete the come from behind win, ending up on the losing end of the 54-52 final to move to 3-3 overall, 0-2 in conference play.

After heading into the break trailing their hosts 35-27, the Scots rallied to chip steadily away at the Colonels' lead throughout the second half behind an impressive 100 percent shooting from the stripe (11-11). Though they closed the gap to just one point with 30 seconds remaining, they were unable to overtake the lead and eventually ceded the two-point loss.

Forward Leanna Tallamy (Fr./Wantage, N.J.) once again led the way for Gordon with 17 points and seven boards, while guard Clancey Adams (So./Simsbury, Conn.) netted nine on a pair of threes (2-5) and three free throws (3-4). Additionally, Brooke Kratche (Fr./Chagrin Falls, Ohio) and Lauren Kranyak (So./Locust Grove, Va.) pulled down 11 and 10 rebounds, respectively.

The Scots are once again on the road on Wednesday, December 7 as they travel to Henniker, N.H. for a rematch with New England College at 6:00p.m. In a previous meeting earlier this season at the Scots' season-opening Winter Classic, the Pilgrims bested the Scots, 63-50.
