MEET RESULTS
 
The Fighting Scots closed out the regular season at Fitchburg State today in their final meet before the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship, with the women finishing 12^th of 16 and the men 22^nd of 24 on the day.

Emily Caren set a new school mark in the hammer throw, eclipsing teammate Kagan Magnoli's record set two weeks ago with a 29.71m toss. Sarah Warne, Hannah Fisher, Thais Ziegenhals, and Leanna D'Alfonso also teamed up to take 2^nd overall in the 4x800 relay with a 10:55.79.

On the men's side, Chris Warne broke John Heneghan's shot put mark from 2011 (11.10m) with an 11.30m throw, while Kola Olateju long-jumped to 7^th place with a 6.23m result, reseting Tim Berry's record from 2007. Additionally, freshman Brian Cartularo came in just behind Olateju in the long jump with a season-best 6.10m to finish 10^th.

The Scots will host the CCC Championship on Saturday, April 27.
