MEET RESULTS

Gordon College Women's Swimming opened up their season in Bristol, Rhode Island for the Roger Williams Invitational today. Roger Williams took first place in their home meet. The Fighting Scots came in just behind Western New England with an eighth place finish on the afternoon.

In the 200 yard medley relay, Leanne Hallenbeck, Olivia Rose, Rachael Shek, and Julia Trevorrow booked a fifth place as the relay team hit the wall at the  2:07.49 mark. Hallenbeck, Janelle Maxwell, Shek, and Trevorrow earned another fifth place finish after posting a time of 4:11.95 in the 400 yard freestyle relay. Rounding out the relays in the 200 freestyle relay were Shaelyn McGrath, Autumn Roberts, Sarah Hutchinson, and Olivia Rose who finished the relay with a time of 2:10.13 for an eighth place finish.

The Fighting Scots host the Elms College Blazers next Saturday, October 26 at 1 p.m.
