Traveling to Endicott College for their Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) finale today, Gordon College Women's Tennis were bested by their hosts, 7-2 at the South Campus Tennis Courts. The Scots even out at 6-6 overall and 4-3 in conference play, while the Gulls improve to 9-3 and 5-2 in CCC action. 

Jordyn Maddex and Emily Ontiveros put the Scots on the board in doubles as the No. 2 dynamic duo took an 8-5 win over Cameron Foley (Jr./Lynnfield, Mass.) and Olivia Berler (Fr./Marstons Mills, Mass.). The Gulls won the remaining double matchups to take a 2-1 lead heading into singles.

After dropping her first set in singles action, 2-6, Abigail Graves battled to 6-2, 1-0 (10-4) wins in sets two and three over Foley for the Scots' second match win of the day. The Gulls earned wins in the five other singles competitions, however, to take the overall 7-2 victory.

The Scots will compete in the New England Women's Intercollegiate Tennis Tournament (NEWITT) from October 11-13.
