MEET RESULTS
Members of the Gordon College Men's and Women's Cross Country teams raced against the region's best at the Division III New England Cross Country Championship hosted by Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine today. The women earned a 35th place finish (54 teams/380 individuals) while the men came in 41st place (54 teams/384 individuals).
Senior
Angie Epplett was the first Fighting Scot to cross the finish line in the women's 6k with a time of 24:17.3 for a 152nd place finish,
Bridget Hill came in 168th place with a time of 24:30.5,
Abigail Baier's 24:57.1 time earned her a 197th finish, whileÂ
Karly Smith (26:29.3) and
Amanda Page (26:44.1) finished, 266th and 273rd, respectively.Â
On the men's side, rookie
Evan Page finished the 8k in 27:13.1, coming in 133rd place,
Sebastian Toro earned himself a 178th place finish (27:59.0),
William Hunt came in 233rd (28:47.0), freshman
Joseph Tibbles was the 328th runner to finish with a time of 30:55.1, and rounding out the top five for the men's was
Chase Silvia who booked a 344th place finish with his time of 31:48.0.
