In their final home game of the regular season, Gordon College Women's Soccer hosted the Wentworth Institute Leopards for a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) matchup at the Brigham Athletic Complex. The Fighting Scots celebrated senior day in style with a 2-0 victory over the visitors to improve to 12-3 on the season and 6-2 in CCC play. 

How It Happened

• After a scoreless 30 minutes, McKenna Feller booted a direct kick from 25 yards out but was deflected off the wall in front of her. However, the ball rebounded perfectly back to Feller who ripped in a shot past the Leopards' keeper to put the Fighting Scots up 1-0.
• The score remained 1-0 in favor of Gordon until Shelby Jones hit teammate Emily Rodriguez in stride just inside the box to place the ball in the side netting to double the Scots' lead and secure the two score win over the Leopards. 

• Before today's contest, the Fighting Scots celebrated seniors Jenny Deckert, Shelby Jones, Savannah Metz, Casey Miller, Emily Rodriguez, and Christa Vordenberg.
• The Fighting Scots return to action for their final regular season contest on Tuesday, October 26 as a travel to Milton, Mass. to square off against the Curry College Colonels.
