Kicking off their spring season tonight at the Brigham Athletic Complex, Gordon College Women's Soccer hosted the Pilgrims of New England College and with two quick early goals, the Scots secured the 2-0 shutout of the Pilgrims. 
 
How It Happened

• The Scots got off to a hot start offensively as sophomore McKenna Feller took advantage of a free kick outside of the goalie's box, netting her third career goal at 12:47 mark to put the Scots ahead 1-0.
• Feller's tally fired up the Scots' offense as teammate, Kyra Skurcenski placed the ball over the Pilgrim's keeper to extend the Scots' lead 2-0 just four minutes later.
• Despite the Fighting Scots high pressured offense of 17 shots, the Pilgrims were able to keep the Scots scoreless for the remainder of the game. 
• The Scots stayed resilient defensively, allowing only one shot on net in the second half.
