Gordon College Men's Cross Country participated in the Keene State Invitational this morning in Keene, New Hampshire where the Fighting Scots finished fifth on the 8k course, just behind Conference opponents, Endicott College.
Colin McGinn finished first for the Scots, with a time of 26:24.4, earning him a 13th place finish. The next runner to cross the line wasÂ
Zachary Smith who booked a time of 26:28.3 and a 14th place finish. The next Scot to complete the 8k was Philiip Kay who made the top-20 after a time of 26:37.5, meanwhile, both
Wesley Marquardt and
Cameron Abbot found themselves in the top-50 after crossing the finish at 27:59.9 and 28:10.4, respectively.Â
The Fighting Scots hit the races again on Saturday, October 15 when they travel into Boston for the Suffolk Invitational at 2:45 p.m.
