TEAM SCORES
The Gordon College Men's Swim team had a dual meet today with the Bridgewater State Bears as well as their hosts, the Wheaton College Lyons where the Fighting Scots came in third place.
John Sullivan was the third swimmer to touch the wall in the 1000 yard freestyle as the junior secured a time of 11:30.00. Then,
Brenndan Teeter earned himself third place in the 200 yard backstroke after finishing the race in 2:17.36. Sullivan later took home fourth place in the 500 yard freestyle after recording a time of 5:35.38.
Major Adair joined in on the top-5 finishes as he came in fifth in the 100 yard butterfly (1:11.25) for the blue and white. Nearing the end of the meet, Teeter had the Fighting Scots' best finish of the afternoon as the rookie earned a second place finish with a time of 2:16.14 in the 200 yard IM.
The Fighting Scots return to the pools on Saturday, November 12 as they host Western New England and Rhode Island College at 12 p.m. at the Bennett Center.
