MEET RESULTS

The Gordon College Men's Swim team returned to the pool this afternoon after a two-week layoff as they participated in the Bridgewater State (BSU) Invitational in Bridgewater, Massachusetts today against their host BSU, Plymouth State, and Regis. The Fighting Scots orchestrated a fourth place finish and a team score of 216.

Brendan Teeter notched second place in the 400 yard IM (4:55.37) while teammate John Sullivan recorded a third place finish in the same event after coming in two ticks behind the rookie at the 4:57.52 mark. In the 500 yard freestyle, Sullivan secured a third place finish after the junior hit the wall at 5:29.23. Towards the end of the meet, Teeter earned another top-finish thanks to completing the 200 yard IM in 2:17.41 which was just .19 behind a second place finish.

This is the final meet of 2022 and the Fighting Scots will next hit the water on Saturday, January 7 as they head up to Standish, Maine to face the Saint Joseph's Monks and Husson at 12 p.m.
