MEET RESULTS

Gordon College Men's Swimming took the the road today to compete against the Husson University Eagles in Bangor, Maine today where the Eagles defeated the Fighting Scots, 120-88.

By The Numbers

• John Sullivan booked a second place finish in the 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 11:31.23.
• Major Adair completed the 200 yard freestyle in 2:06.24 to come in second.
• James Branaugh was just behind the first place finisher in the 100 yard breaststroke after touching the wall at 1:06.72.
• Adair booked another second place spot, this time in the 50 yard freestyle (25.31).
• Zachary Barneson took second in the 200 yard backstroke (2:37.59).
• Sullivan secured his first top spot of the afternoon in the 200 yard breaststroke (2:41.08).
• Branaugh and Stephen Mayo made it a one-two punch in the 500 yard freestyle (5:37.30, 6:32.36).
• Adair controlled the tempo in the 100 yard butterfly thanks to a time of 1:05.22 to take first.
• Branaugh and Barneson's times of 1:01.33 and 1:09.29, respectively, earned the pair first and second place in the 100 yard IM.
• Branaugh, Sullivan, Mayo, and Adair teamed up for a first place finish in the 200 yard freestyle relay (1:40.54).

The Scots hit the road once again for a two-day meet with the Regis College Pride in Weston, Mass. starting on Friday, December 1.
