MEET RESULTS

Gordon Women's Track & Field's Rachel Brennan, Tiana Fox, and Amaris Goodwin competed against the region's best in the NCAA DIII New England Indoor Championship at the New Balance facility this weekend. Brennan qualified to race in the 5,000m and 1 mile, Fox in the shot put, and Goodwin in the 400m.

On Friday night, Rachel Brennan broke her own 5,000m school record for a second time this season thanks to a time of 17:36.01 to earn an impressive sixth place finish. Then, Brennan came back this morning to compete in the 1 mile where the junior came in 19th place after sporting a time of 5:16.98.

Sophomore Goodwin's 1:01.38 time in the 400m earned herself a 19th place finish. 

Continuing to set her mark on the school record books, Fox broke the shot put record once again as the newcomer recorded a throw of 11.89m to come in a team best 4th place.

This marks the final indoor meet of the season and the Scots will look to March 25 to kick off the spring season in Middletown, Conn.
