CSC ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY/TRACK & FIELD RELEASE

As announced by the College Sports Communicators (CSC), Gordon College Men's Cross Country/Track & Field's Cameron Abbot, Alexander Ferris, Henry Lonstein, Colin McGinn, and Joseph Tibbles have landed on the 2023 CSC Academic All-District Team. 

In order to be acknowledged with this award, a student-athlete must obtain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) and must also have at least sophomore academic standing. 

Earlier this month, Abbot graduated with a degree in computer science and economics, while Ferris and Tibbles walked across the stage to receive their degree in biology. 

The underclassmen of McGinn and Lonstein will return in the fall to continue to pursue biology and communication arts, respectively. 

This marks the first time each of these student-athletes have been honored with this accolade.
