Gordon College Women's Golf competed at the eighth annual New England Intercollegiate Golf Association (NEIGA) Championship over the past two days down on Cape Cod. The Babson Beavers took the crown, followed by Wellesley and Bates. Gordon secured a 10th place finish after shooting a +367 on the weekend. The Fighting Scots improved their first day score by 11 strokes today.
How It Happened
- Senior Katherine Maloney paced the blue and white to place 45th individually with a two day total of +82.
- Rookies Elizabeth Parent and Chloe Korb joined Maloney with a top-50 finish after recording scores of +85 and +92, respectively.
The Scots cap off their fall campaign on Monday, October 28 as they travel to Connecticut to partake in Hartford's Battle at Bull's Bridge.
