BEVERLY, Mass.- Eowyn Lapp (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) and Marin Peterson (White Bear Lake, Minn.) of the Gordon College women's soccer team both picked up Conference of New England weekly honors, announced the league office Monday afternoon. Lapp was named the Offensive Player of the Week while Peterson garnered Rookie of the Week accolades.

Lapp netted three goals and added an assist to lead the Fighting Scots to a pair of victories. She scored the only goal in a 1-0 win at crosstown rival Endicott before tallying two goals and dishing out one assist in a 6-0 victory over Curry.

Peterson chalked up her second goal of the season in Gordon's 6-0 win over Curry. She was also a key contributor to the Fighting Scots' defensive efforts that yielded a pair of shutouts.

Unbeaten in its last four matches, Gordon hits the road for a crucial clash at Western New England October 20.
