Emily Burkhart enters her third season as a coach with the Fighting Scots.
Graduating from Gordon in 2017, Burkhart played four years at second base with a career fielding percentage of .923. During her time as a Scot, Burkhart and the team broke several softball records—one being the program’s win record (2017) which was broken again in the 2019 season. Burkhart also served on the leadership team for multiple terms.
Burkhart finished with a degree in accounting and a minor in economics. She currently works as a corporate accountant for a local business in Beverly.
She resides in Beverly, Massachusetts with her dog Louie.
