Jack Sahlman

Jack Sahlman was named the head men's and women's tennis coach in June of 2019 after serving as the assistant coach for both teams for the 2018-2019 season.

Before Gordon
Upon graduation, Sahlman began his collegiate coaching career at Palm Beach Atlantic University in Florida, serving as the assistant men’s and women’s tennis coach from 2010-2012. During his tenure at PBAU, the Sailfish won the NCCAA Men’s Tennis National Championship in 2010 and the Women’s National Championship in 2012.
 
Sahlman then transitioned to a post as the head girl’s varsity tennis coach at Wamogo Regional High School in Connecticut for the 2013-14 season. In the fall of 2016, he returned to his alma mater, splitting time as the assistant men’s tennis coach and head women’s tennis coach. His efforts helped guide the men’s team to a first place finish in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) regular season and the women’s team to its first appearance in the conference semifinals in program history in 2017.
 
Additionally, Sahlman served as the director of junior development at the Woodridge Lake Association from 2009 until 2018.

Playing Career
Sahlman is an alumnus of Eastern Nazarene College (ENC) in Quincy, Massachusetts where he was a four-year member and senior captain of the men's tennis team, compiling 54 career victories.

Master’s in management in 2018.

Family 
Jack, his wife, Hala '12, and their two daughters reside in Beverly Farms.
