Senior midfielder Anna Blomberg (Simsbury, Conn.) has been named Gordon's Athlete of the Week after being named to the All-Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Women's Lacrosse First Team at the close of the regular season.

A three-time All-CCC First Time selection, Blomberg was the team's leader in goals with 48 (seventh in the CCC), ground balls (37), and caused turnovers (25), was second in draw controls (52), co-leader in game-winning goals (3), and sat third in points with 63. In a conference matchup with Wentworth on April 12, the senior standout broke Gordon's all-time goals record of 200 previously held by Amy (Zerr) Wilson '05 and ended her career with 211 tallies. She had four five-goal games on the season, netting game-winners against Roger Williams on March 27, Worcester State on March 29, and Nichols on April 15.
