Gordon Softball's Kerry McPartlan '12 (Yonkers, N.Y.) has been named the Athlete of the Week after a banner senior season which earned her a spot on the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Honorable Mention squad.

Over the course of the 2012 campaign, the senior co-captain batted .247 in 97 at-bats for Gordon with 16 runs, 11 RBIs, and 24 hits including a team-high five home runs.

Starting at third base in each of the Fighting Scots' 35 games, McPartlan registered 42 putouts and 64 assists en route to a .914 fielding percentage.
