Brian Lane was tabbed as the next head men's lacrosse coach in the summer of 2019, after serving as the interim coach in October 2018 through the 2019 season.

Before Gordon 
Prior to returning to his alma mater on a full-time basis, Lane worked as a program director for the Northeast Arc in Danvers, Massachusetts from 2016-2018. While his primary job was at Arc, he also served as a part-time goalkeeper assistant for Gordon's men's and women's lacrosse teams in 2016 and coached youth and high school programs for Tribal Lacrosse and Danvers High School.
