The Lions elevate to 5-6 on the year and 2-1 in the Commonwealth Coast Conference. The Fighting Scots fall to 4-8 overall and 0-2 in league matches with the result.
Eastern Nazarene notched a pair of doubles victories to control a 2-1 lead at the start of singles play.
Tyler Perron (Plympton, Mass.) and Nick Thompson (York, Pa.) earned their fifth doubles victory of the season, downing Richie Armand (Hempstead, N.Y.) and Joe Daugherty (Norfolk, Va.) 8-5 at the No. 2 position.
Kevin Paterno (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and Sam Son (Wilbraham, Mass.) topped Dan Christensen and Daniel Dufoe 8-2 at the No. 3 spot.
Andres Biondi (Barquisimeto, Venezuela) and Sam McKay-Corkum (Rehoboth, Mass.) were edged 8-6 at the top slot by Zach Hall (Sugar Land, Texas) and Kenny Gaudio (Miller Place, N.Y.). Gordon's top duo has yet to lose since returning from spring break.
The Lions collected five singles wins en route to capturing their second conference victory of the spring.
McKay-Corkum claimed a 6-0, 6-2 win at the second singles position over Gaudio. Perron prevailed 6-3, 6-3 at the third slot against Daugherty. Paterno picked up a 6-1, 7-5 victory at the No. 4 singles over Armand to improve to a team-best 7-4 on the season in singles action.
Son cruised to a 6-1, 6-0 win at the fifth position, defeating Christensen. Thompson logged his sixth singles win of the year, besting Daniel Alvarado 6-1, 6-1 at the sixth slot.
Hall secured the visitors' lone singles victory of the match, blanking Biondi 6-0, 6-0 at the No. 1 singles match. The sophomore completed his second consecutive 3-0 week at the first flight, including his second straight match without dropping a game.
