MILTON, Mass.—Gordon Men's Tennis got back on track with a shutout of host Curry College on Monday in the Commonwealth Coast Conference finale for both teams. The Fighting Scots improved to 6-2 in the CCC, good enough for fourth in the league as the playoffs approach this weekend.
 
Gordon (15-4) closes out its regular season schedule on Wednesday when they travel to New London, N.H. to take on former conference foe Colby-Sawyer.
 
The Fighting Scots took all three doubles flights by the same 8-2 score despite having to reshuffle their lineup.
 
Zach Hall (Sugar Land, Texas) took care of Toma Blatchford at the top spot 6-0, 6-0, leading Nathan Lookwhy (Westborough, Mass.) and Michael D'Antuono (Mapleville, R.I.) to follow suit with double bagels at two and three.
 
Peter Godwin (Manchester, Conn.) and Kristopher Marineau (Auburn, N.H.) each only dropped one game between two sets to bring the Scots to eight points, while Caven Bell (Long Valley, N.J.) closed out the Colonels with a 6-2, 6-2 victory at the sixth spot.
