MANCHESTER, Mass. — Gordon hosted Wentworth in its Commonwealth Coast Conference home opener at the Manchester Athletic Club and won 9-0.

The Fighting Scots (4-6, 1-0 CCC) went 6-0 in singles play and 3-0 in doubles play against the Leopards (2-3, 0-1 CCC).

In singles competition, Mason Casady defeated Jeff Tocco 3-6, 6-4, 1-0 before Tocco retired due to injury at the No. 1, Nathan Lookwhy defeated Tyler Hall 6-2, 6-2 at the No. 2, Jonathan Frink defeated Jarrett North 6-2, 6-2 at the No. 3, Michael D'Antuono defeated Seny Ly 6-4, 6-1 at the No. 4, Peter Godwin defeated Tristian Maus 6-2, 6-3 at the No. 5, and Will Jeffreys defeated Alex Mularski 6-1, 6-3 at the No. 6.

In doubles competition, Casady/Lookwhy defeated Tocco/Ly 8-2 at the No. 1, D'Antuono/Godwin defeated Hall/Mularski 8-2 at the No. 2, and Frink/Kristopher Marineau defeated Maus/North 8-1 at the No. 3.

Gordon next hosts Endicott in CCC action March 27 at 3:30 p.m.
