Traveling into Boston this evening for a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Quarterfinal contest against the Leopards of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Gordon College Women's Volleyball fell to their hosts, 0-3. The Fighting Scots conclude their season with a record of 14-13 while the Leopards improve to 22-7 and advances to the CCC Semifinals.

How It Happened

• The Leopards doubled up the Scots, 10-5 in the first set before Gordon used a pair of Jamie Tafoya kills to trail by two (11-13). However, that was the closest the Scots would get as Wentworth cruised to a 25-15 first set win.
• Amanda Snyder slammed down five of the Scots' nine points in the second frame en route to a 9-6 edge. Wentworth tallied a pair of 4-0 runs to eventually take a 15-11 lead over the Scots. Gordon followed that up with four-straight points of their own to knot it at 20-all, but Wentworth buckled down to take the 25-23 win to lead 2-0.
• The Scots and Leopards both went on small runs in the third set before the Leopards closed out the frame on a 10-2 run to take the overall 3-0 victory.
