Beyond The Box Score

- Serianna Anderson booked a career-high 18 points in the win today.
- Said Head Coach Carter Shaw: "This is a really big win for us on a number of levels. First of all, Sarah Gibbs reached a gigantic milestone with her 1,000th career rebound. She's the first player in Gordon Women's Basketball history to achieve that number and we're just incredibly proud of her effort and consistency. This game also marks our program's first win at Salve Regina which is another milestone we're really thrilled to have finally achieved. As far as the game goes, both teams came out on fire in the first quarter. The second was more of a slog so I was grateful we got some separation with a 27-7 run in the third. Meghan Foley is playing spectacular basketball and just continues to be incredible. She and Sarah Gibbs both ended with double figure points and rebounds which speaks to the level of excellence they're playing at right now. Serianna Anderson's 18 point performance this afternoon included a number of timely baskets and gave us a huge boost. It's been such a joy to watch this group working together."
