However, Foley added three more to the margin after hitting a three-pointer in the final seconds of the half to give the Scots a 39-32 edge heading into the locker room.
- Gordon went on a 10-0 run to regain a double-digit lead midway through the third before orchestrating a 9-0 run to close out the quarter, widening the gap to 62-43 heading into the final 10 minutes.
- Five different Scots scored in the fourth quarter as well as six players registering a one steal or more to help Gordon secure the 79-47 win.
Beyond The Box Score
- Meghan Foley booked a career-high nine steals in today's contest. Today also marked her eighth 30+ point game of the season.
- Sarah Gibbs recorded her tenth double-double of the season.
- Said Head Coach Carter Shaw: "Meghan was simply magnificent this afternoon. Her ability to make shots and create offense for others is extraordinary. She certainly led the charge for us as she neared a triple double but there was great support around her. Sarah Gibbs' double-double was huge and Madison Wynbeek and Olivia Gagnon made gigantic contributions as well. Our second half defensive effort was a huge component of the game. Our players really stepped up and controlled things from a defensive and rebounding standpoint. Those stops allowed us to get into transition and opened the floor up for us offensively."
