- It was déja vu for the Scots as Wynbeek opened up the second with another jumper to extend their lead, 23-12 just before the Fighting Scots hit a pair from downtown thanks to Andreotti and Brynn Barnhard to secure a more comfortable 17-point lead (29-12). Gordon continued to dominate the court, leading by as much as 25 after an A. Rivera three (41-16) before ending the half 43-20.
- After a minute and six seconds of scoreless play, Andreotti turned up the heat for the Scots with a jumper followed by two more layups from the hot hands of Wynbeek and A. Rivera before Kelly hit one of her own to give Gordon a controlling 31-point lead (51-20) while denying the Colonels of everything. It wasn't until the clock read 4:26 when Curry took advantage of a free throw, but the Scots showed no mercy, tacking onto their lead to end the third quarter 60-28.
- For the final quarter, the Fighting Scots kept hitting their shots while holding Curry scoreless until 6:17 when the Colonels broke the Scots' streak with a layup (68-30).
