Box Score Gordon College Men's tennis battled against the Buena Vista University (BVU) Beavers this evening at the Chaplin Park Tennis Courts where the Beavers edged the Fighting Scots, 5-4.

Ezekiel Hall and Mark Noschese were the first doubles courts to finish as the No. 1 duo came off the court with an 8-4 win. BVU tied it up with a win in No. 2 doubles before Nathan Gonzalez and Adrian Thomas worked their rookie magic to defeat BVU's No. 3 pairing, 8-6.

Gordon continued to roll early, securing back to back wins off the hands of Hall (6-2, 6-0) and John Marineau (6-2, 6-1). However, the Beavers locked in, winning four straight to pick up the narrow 5-4 victory.

The Fighting Scots return to action on Friday, March 11 to square off against Cairn for their final match of their Spring Break trip at 12:30 p.m.
