Gordon College Women's Soccer traveled to Bristol, R.I. this afternoon to battle Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) opponent, Roger Williams University Hawks where the Fighting ultimately fell to their hosts, 0-4. 

How It Happened

• The Hawks wasted no time, as they got on the board just 9:22 after the first whistle blew. 15:48 later, Hawks' Bianca Robbins scored her second goal of the evening to bring the score to 2-0. With 1:23 remaining in the half, the Hawks were able to sneak another one past the Scots to go up, 0-3 before heading into the break.
• In the final 45, the Fighting Scots denied seven Hawk shots until Roger Williams finally found the back of the net for the fourth time at the 64:19 mark. The Scots retaliated with five shots, but they were not able to penetrate the Hawks' defense, taking the eventual 0-4 loss.

Beyond The Box Score

• The Fighting Scots take a break from Conference play when they travel to Salem to face the Salem State Vikings at 4 p.m.
