Gordon College Women's Tennis welcomed the Bison of Nichols College to the Brigham Athletic Complex to celebrate Senior Day this morning for their final Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) contest of the regular season where the Bison defeated the Fighting Scots, 8 - 1.
In a highly contested battle on the No. 3 singles court, rookie
Chloe Hanley defeated her counterpart, 6 - 4, 2 - 6, 10 - 8 to eliminate the shutout.
The Scots celebrated seniors
Abbigail Fournier,
Annette Kim, and
Hannah Hovda before today's match.
Gordon earned the No. 4 seed in the upcoming CCC Post-season Tournament and will host No. 5 Western New England on Tuesday, October 17 at 4 p.m.
