Bison Handle Scots In Monday Night Action

Gordon College Field Hockey welcomed the Bison of Nichols College this evening to the Brigham Athletic Complex for a non-conference contest. With a strong second half, the Bison were able to pull away from the Fighting Scots, 4 - 0.

How It Happened
  • After a scoreless first half, the Scots nearly got on the board in the third, but the shot curled just left of the goal. 
  • In the 41st minute however, the Bison were able to put one in the back of the cage to go on top, 1 - 0. 
  • Nichols was able to add three more in the remainder of regulation en route to the 4-0 win.

Beyond The Box Score
  • The Fighting Scots return to action on Wednesday, October 25 to host the Springfield College Pride at 4 p.m. at the Brigham Athletic Complex.
