The Gordon College Women's Basketball welcomed Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) opponent, Suffolk University to Kanas Court tonight, where the Rams defeated the Fighting Scots, 84-69. 

For the Scots, Ami Rivera had 16 points, while Isabella Rivera had 13 points.

The Rams' Lauren Romito had a game-high of 22 points, while teammate Amanda DeAngelis tacked on 15 points. 

How It Happened

• The Scots blazed out hot on a 12-0 advantage before the Rams scored their first bucket at the 4:23 mark and was able to take the 18-15 lead after the first.
• In the second, both sides traded narrow leads throughout the frame before Sydney Noyes converted a layup at the buzzer to take the lead 39-38 going into halftime.
• Coming out of the half, the Rams regrouped to hold the upper hand the rest of the way to claim the victory.

• Ami Rivera and Isabella Rivera have scored double digits in every contest this season. 
• The Fighting Scots take to the home court again on Saturday, December 2 as they host the Hartford University Hawks from West Hartford, Conn. at 1 p.m.
