In their final weekend of Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) regular season action, Gordon College Men's Tennis welcomed cross-town rival Endicott College to the Brigham Athletic Complex where the Fighting Scots doubled up the Gulls, 6-3.
Lucas Barnes and
James Wellborn were the first doubles court to finish as the No. 3 pairing defeated the Gulls, 8-3. With their second point of the day, Gordon's No. 1 dynamic duo fo

Joshua Noel bested their counterparts, 8-7 (9-7). Shortly after,
Carleton Riester and
Jeffrey Bodner teamed up to secure the 8-7 (7-5) victory against Endicott's No. 2 players to make the clean 3-0 sweep in doubles.Â
In singles, the Gulls came away with three straight wins to tie it up at 3-all. However, the blue and white continued to battle, answering right back with a win in No. 1 singles from Hall (6-4, 6-2) as well as the clincher from Riester who took down his No. 4 opponent, 6-4, 6-2 to seal the deal for the Scots. Additionally, Wellborn also picked up a hard fought victory in No. 6 action, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2 to add to the point total.
