Gordon College Women's Swimming welcomed the Elms College Blazers and the Regis College Pride at the Bennett Center Friday night for their home-opener. The Fighting Scots made a splash with a 167-64 win over Elms and a 147-101 victory over Regis.

- Starting off the action, M.Kay Farkas, Emma Lippiatt, Lydia Shustack, and Isabella Gadouas were the top team to finish the 200 yard medley relay (2:02.60).
- In a tightly contested stretch in the 200 yard freestyle, Katherine Maloney was narrowly edged out by Regis for first as Maloney claimed second finishing, .06 behind.
- Gadouas secured second place in the 50 yard backstroke thanks to a time of 35.91.
- Lippiatt cruised in the 100 yard butterfly (33.73) to take first place.
- Teammate Shustack made it two straight first place finishes for the blue and white in the 100 yard butterfly (1:06.84).
- Emma Bruhl and Gadouas made it a two-three punch in the 50 yard freestyle with times of 28.25, and 28.98, respectively.
- Maloney earned a first place finish in the 200 yard IM (2:26.24).
- Shustack and Farkas claimed second and third in the 100 yard freestyle (58.24, 1:04.69).
- Bruhl and Grace Haxhinasto continued the two-three finishes for the Scots, this time in the 100 yard backstroke (1:13.69, 1:15.16).
- In her second individual first place finish, Lippiatt rolled in the 100 yard breaststroke thanks to a time of 1:15.24.
- Maloney orchestrated a time of 5:53.71 in the 500 yard freestyle to come in second place.
- Arwen Hefner and Haxhinasto went one and two in the 100 yard IM with times of 1:12.13 and 1:15.52, respectively.
- Gadouas, Maloney, Farkas, and Shustack capped off the successful night with a first place finish in the 200 yard freestyle (1:49.82).
The Fighting Scots have a quick turnaround as they return to the pool today to host Keene State at 1 p.m. at the Bennett Center.
